Vanco Energy JV files international arbitration lawsuit in Stockholm

KIEV, July 16 – A joint venture led by U.S. oil company Vanco Energy said Wednesday it had filed for international arbitration in Stockholm seeking to force Ukraine resume its oil and gas production agreement.
