Govt seeks quick settlement with Russians over largest oil refinery

KIEV, July 16 - Ukraine's government seeks to settle within a week a shareholder dispute with Russian oil company Tatneft over majority interest in UkrTatNafta, the country's largest oil refinery, an official said Monday.
