BRUSSELS, July 16 - The European Union has not ruled out another gas crisis in August and is considering ways to ensure uninterrupted deliveries.

European Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs told a Thursday press conference in
Brussels that the gas crisis might start even in August. European citizens have the right to ask whether the EU is prepared and has done enough to ensure gas supplies, he noted.
