Price of natural gas imports from Russia to rise in fourth quarter

KIEV, Oct. 2 - The price of natural gas that Ukraine imports from Russia will increase to $410 per 1,000 cubic meters in the fourth quarter, up from about $400/1,000 cu m in the third quarter, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytskiy said Wednesday.

KIEV, Oct. 1 - Asia-Europe Gas Terminal (AEGT) has launched a liquefied gas handling terminal with a capacity of 1 million tons a year in Kerch.

"The terminal will provide handling services for liquefied gas from railway tankers, for further transport by sea to European countries and Turkey," the Crimean Republican Committee on Transport and Communications said in a statement.


Cabinet asks for $490 million for Naftogaz in lieu of bond sale

TNK-BP sells Ukraine’s 2nd-biggest refinery to undisclosed investor

KIEV, Oct. 2 – Ukraine’s second biggest oil refinery by capacity, owned by Russian oil major TNK-BP, was acquired by an undisclosed investor, Volodymyr Prystiuk, the head of the Luhansk state administration, said Tuesday.
