EnergoAtom to license extension of Yuzhnoukrainsk reactor lifespan

KIEV, Feb. 15 – EnergoAtom is planning to obtain a license to prolong the term of exploitation of reactor one of Yuzhnoukrainsk nuclear power plant in the scheduled terms – December 2012, EnergoAtom President Yuriy Nedashkovsky said.

City of Kiev to raise $200-300 million in June eurobond issue

KIEV, Feb. 14 – Kiev hopes to obtain $200-300 million from the issue of eurobonds in June, according to Ruslan Kramarenko, the deputy head of Kiev City State Administration.

The eurobonds will be lead-managed by Credit Suisse, he said.
