KIEV, Feb. 15 – The revival of the idea of creating a gas transport consortium to manage the existing Ukrainian gas transport system threatens Ukraine's national interests, according to Bohdan Sokolovsky, the presidential envoy for international energy security.
"The new discussion of a 'consortium' idea to manage the existing Ukrainian gas transport system bears a serious risks to Ukrainian national interests, as well as the observance of Ukrainian law and guarantees of stability," said Sokolovsky.
