The Cabinet of Ministers and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development have agreed on the issue of an additional EUR 40 million for the construction of the Chernobyl Interim Spent Nuclear Fuel Storage Facility. The memorandum was signed on April 26 on the 30th anniversary of the accident at the plant. The third agreement on amendments to the Grant Agreement between Ukraine's the government of, state specialized enterprise Chernobyl as a recipient and the EBRD provides for the money.
