On April 24, the dispatch center of Ukrenergo has been forced for the third consecutive day to seek emergency assistance from energy systems of European countries for almost all of the day. "Throughout the day, there is a shortage of electricity in the power system. Due to damage caused by Russian missile strikes, power plants cannot generate enough electricity to meet all the needs of consumers," the system operator reported on Wednesday.
