KIEV, March 18 – Viktor Pynzenyk, a former finance minister who quit after a clash with Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko over spending cuts, on Wednesday extended “deep sympathy” to his successor as Ukraine faces a “huge” budget deficit.
“I extend my deep sympathy,” Pynzenyk said at a press conference in his first public appearance after the resignation last month addressing his yet to be appointed successor.
