KIEV, Oct. 7 – The first arbitration hearing on an appeal by Russia's OAO Tatneft against Ukraine under a convention on the protection of investments will be held in London on Oct. 20, according to First Deputy Justice Minister Yevhen Korniychuk.
"Last week, we conducted consultations with the Paris office of Dewey&LeBoeuf Company, which presents our interests in the arbitration court. I'm sure that the state's positions are rather strong and we can expect to see success," he said in an interview with Delo newspaper.
