KIEV, Sept. 30 - Ukraine’s largest petrochemical company, KarpatNaftoKhim, which planned to resume operation later this year, said Tuesday the restart will probably take place in the spring of 2009.
KarpatNaftoKhim, majority owned by Russian petrochemical company Lukoil-Neftekhim, is now preparing for a long-term shutdown, while in the meantime also focuses on construction two modern petrochemical facilities.
