LIUBLIANA, Sept. 30 – Slovenia's KD Life is studying the acquisition of shares in Ukrainian insurance companies, both risk and life insurers, said KD Group and KD Holding CEO Matjaz Gantar.

He said that Kiev-based KD Life, which was opened in May and is part of KD Group, plans to collect some $5 million in insurance premiums by the end of the current year.
