KYIV, March 8 – Ukraine demanded Russia to immediately implement the resolution of the IAEA Board of Governors of March 7 on the urgent return of the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant under its full control and will insist on strengthening sanctions in case of non-compliance, Ukrainian Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko has said.

"We demand from Russia the immediate implementation of the resolution of the IAEA Board of Governors, and in case of refusal, we will insist on strengthening sanctions," Haluschenko said during the United News telethon, the words of which are quoted in the ministry’s release on Friday.
