KYIV, March 7 – PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region) plans to launch another blast furnace in April 2024.

In an interview with Delo.ua CEO of the enterprise Mauro Longobardo said in 2024, they plan to increase production as there is good news on the opening of sea logistics. He didn't go into details, but the Black Sea ports are available for his company's type of products – iron ore concentrate, pig iron and finished products. He said they plan to load the mining to the maximum production, and from the second quarter, in April, they want to launch metallurgical production with two blast furnaces, this is about 50% of our pre-war capacity.
