SIMFEROPOL, Nov. 25 – The Crimean State Council said on Wednesday that responsibility for the energy blockade of the region rests with the Kiev authorities, which are trying to destabilize the situation on the peninsula.

"The Poroshenko regime is using the nationalist rabble of all sorts in their political interests, trying to destabilize the situation in Crimea at any costs," Crimean parliamentarians said in their address to residents of the peninsula, which was read by Crimean Speaker Vladimir Konstantinov at the State Council meeting on Wednesday.
