BRUSSELS, Dec. 11 – Maja Kocijancic, spokesperson of EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, told Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday that a working group of the EU Council has not finished forming proposals on the expansion of sanctions regarding annexed Crimea.

At present it is impossible to say if the work is finished by a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council to be held on December 15, she said. Everything will depend on this working process, Kocijancic noted.
