KIEV, May 13 – The National Bank of Ukraine has amended the rules for the functioning of the agreement confirmation system, additionally regulating the application of enforcement actions on currency speculation.

The decision is stipulated in NBU resolution No 248, which was registered in the Justice Ministry on May 6. The document takes effect from the moment of its official publication (it is being prepared for publication on May 23 in the Official Bulletin of Ukraine).
