KIEV, Sept. 30 – LINIK (Lysychansk oil refinery, Luhansk region), which belongs to Russia's Rosneft, has started overhauls of its technological facilities, Luhansk Regional Administration reported after a meeting of Governor Volodymyr Prystiuk with the company's Director General Ihor Danchuk.

"We're working on signing agreements with suppliers of equipment and contractors involved in the repair campaign," the press service of the regional administration said, citing the director.
