KIEV, April 26 - The government seeks to obtain the right to sell the country’s vast natural gas pipeline system that moves Russian gas to markets in Europe, according to a bill submitted to Parliament on Friday.

The bill, known as No. 2637, seeks to lift a two-decade long ban on privatization of the pipelines and related infrastructure, such as underground gas storage facilities.
