ODESSA, April 1 – The start-up work has begun at the Odessa oil refinery, which will allow for a resumption of production.

Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytsky, Odessa Region Governor Eduard Matviychuk and the new owner of the refinery – Board Chairman of VETEK Group, Serhiy Kucherenko, took part in the start-up work ceremony at the oil refinery.
