KIEV, Dec. 21 – President Viktor Yanukovych has for the third consecutive year topped the rating of the most influential Ukrainians, according to Focus magazine.

The top 10 of the 200 most influential Ukrainians includes well-known businessman and SCM owner Rinat Akhmetov (2nd), PMACO Corporation President Oleksandr Yanukovych (3rd), the eldest son of the Ukrainian president, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov (4th) and Ukraine's jailed former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko (5th).
