KIEV, Dec. 17 - The government on Monday reshuffled the commission investigating the signing of a controversial $1 billion liquefied natural gas terminal deal following the resignation of its top official, an official said.

Eduard Stavytskiy, the acting environment and natural resources minister, was appointed as the head of the commission, Mykhaylo Brodskiy, the head of the state committee on entrepreneurship and regulation, said.
