KIEV, July 9 - Ukraine's international reserves, which shrank in 2011 from $34.6 billion to $31.8 billion, could fall to $24.4 billion at the end of 2012, the International Monetary Fund said.
According to estimates released after the conclusion of the 2012 Article IV Consultation with Ukraine, reserves will fall to 2.6 months of imports of goods and services, compared to 3.6 months at the end of 2011 and 4.2 months of imports at the end of 2010.
