KIEV, Jan. 19 - IHS CERA consulting company (Cambridge Energy Research Associates) has recommended Ukraine to retain a majority stake in ownership during the creation of a gas transport consortium so to strengthen a role of the Ukrainian gas transport system.
The recommendations are stipulated in a report drawn up by the company under an order of the Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Ministry.
IHS CERA said that it is appropriate to attract European and Russian investors to the gas transport consortium, offering them minority stakes in it.
