KIEV, Oct. 25 – Ukraine will seek to be able to launch its Cyclone-4 rocket from a facility in Brazil by 2013, President Viktor Yanukovych told Brazilian newspaper O Globo during his official visit.

Brazil is responsible for the construction of the launch base while Ukrainian designers are currently working on the carrier rockets.

The strategic project Alcantara Cyclone Space has entered the phase of practical implementation, Yanukovych said. "I have no doubt that this project will become a reality soon," he said.
