KIEV, Oct. 17 – Gonzalo Urquijo, a member of the Group Management Board at ArcelorMittal, has been temporarily appointed CEO of ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih (earlier Kryvorizhstal, Dnipropetrovsk region), the company reporteded.
The company says that the Board of Directors made the decision on October 13.
"In this position Urquijo, who is responsible for the entire Africa and CIS segment of ArcelorMittal business, will be directly managing operations of ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih plant until the new CEO is appointed," reads the report.
