KIEV, March 11 – The Antimonopoly Committee plans to finish an investigation into activity of Livela Company (Poltava region) in March, according to Deputy Committee head Rafael Kuzmin.

“This month we’ll finish [the investigation]… The decision would be published,” he said at a press conference in Kiev.

In addition, Kuzmin said that Livela was a monopolist on the wholesale fuel market in September and October 2010, when the company occupied over 35% of the market.
