KIEV, Dec. 17 – Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. (the British Virgin Islands) estimates its losses from Ukraine unilaterally revoking a production sharing agreement on the Prykerchensky oil and gas deposit offshore in Black Sea at over $100 million.

This figure is mentioned in tender documents drawn up by Ukraine's Justice Ministry, which is handling a tender for a law firm to represent the country's interests at a Stockholm court in Sweden.

"Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. has preliminarily estimated its losses from the unilateral revocation by Ukraine of the [production sharing] agreement at over $100 million," according to the documents.
