KIEV, Oct. 14 - For the second time in two days, police say a vehicle ignored a warning light at a railroad crossing in Ukraine and was hit by a train in a fatal accident.

In Wednesday's crash, police say an ambulance was hit by a train outside Kiev, killing a pregnant woman and her husband it was carrying, and injuring the driver and a paramedic, The Associated Press reported.
