KIEV, Sept. 21 - Pavlohrad Chemical Plant in Dnipropetrovsk region will be forced in 2010 to recycle SS-24 intercontinental ballistic missile with critical storage terms for their missile fuel using borrowed funds, due to the shortage of national financing for the program.
Since the beginning of 2010, the enterprise has disposed of seven missile stages with critical storage terms for missile fuel, while another nine stages are to be disposed of by the end of this year, Director General of Pavlohrad Chemical Plant Leonid Shyman said at a press conference in Dnipropetrovsk on Monday.
