Yanukovych announces plans to boost GDP UAH100 billion this year

KHARKIV, Feb. 15 – President Viktor Yanukovych has announced plans to boost gross domestic product by at least UAH 100 billion per year.

"We've finally passed a trillion [hryvnias per year] of GDP," he said during a meeting of the regional committee on economic reform in Kiev on Tuesday.


Yanukovych orders officials to speed up EU trade area efforts

KIEV, Feb. 15 – President Viktor Yanukovych has signed an order to intensify the talks on the conclusion of an association agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, including the provisions on the formation of a free trade area.


Clinton, Hryschenko sign nuclear security agreement in Washington
