KIEV, Feb. 14 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny has sent telegrams to governors of 11 regions which have a large debt for natural gas consumed with notification on the restriction of supplies of natural gas.

The holding reported that supplies of natural gas are preventively restricted to the stable minimum load due to the violation of the conditions of agreements and the accumulation of a large debt for natural gas consumed.
