President to renominate Yekhanurov as PM

KIEV, Sept. 21 - After four hours of talks with political groups Wednesday, President Viktor Yushchenko again decided to nominate his ally Yuriy Yekhanurov as the new prime minister, Yushchenko's spokeswoman said.

KYIV, Aug 21 – The Verkhovna Rada has ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Some 281 MPs voted in favor of the relevant bill No. 0285 on ratification of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and amendments to it at the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada on Wednesday, member of the European Solidarity faction Oleksiy Honcharenko said on Telegram on Wednesday.
