EU invites member countries to review Ukraine's $5.4-bln military aid fund
KYIV, Jan 22 – The European Union is inviting member countries to review Ukraine's $5.4 billion military aid fund, Bloomberg said.
"The European Union's foreign-policy arm has presented member states with a proposal to revamp fund that provides military support fund to Ukraine, as the EU shifts from sending weapons from existing stocks to procuring new ones," the publication said in the statement.

NATO signs $1.2-bln contract to make tens of thousands of artillery rounds
KYIV, Jan 23 - NATO on Tuesday signed a $1.2-billion contract to make tens of thousands of artillery rounds to replenish the dwindling stocks of its member countries, The Associated Press reported. The contract will allow allies to backfill their arsenals and provide Ukraine with more ammunition.

Russian missile strike kills seven in Ukraine
KYIV, Jan 23 - Russian missiles struck three Ukrainian cities Tuesday, including its two biggest, killing at least seven people and wrecking apartment buildings after Moscow shunned any deal backed by Kyiv and its Western allies to end the nearly 2-year-old war.
