KIEV, Nov. 6 - The National Bank of Ukraine reported on its official website Thuesday that its gross international reserves in October went down by 15%, or by $5.605 billion, to $31.923 billion.
In September, the central bank’s reserves went down by 1.4%, or $533.98 million.
