IMF team to arrive in Kiev to gage progress made under bailout program
KIEV, Nov. 11 - An International Monetary Fund mission will arrive in Kiev on Thursday to assess progress made under its $17.5 billion bailout program, Reuters reported on Wednesday, citing Fund's Ukraine representative Jerome Vacher.
Under the program, Ukraine has already received almost $10 billion this year to shore up its finances crippled by separatist conflict and years of economic mismanagement and corruption.
