Ukraine could receive $2 billion from greenhouse gas quotas, says PM
KIEV, July 14 – Ukraine could receive up to $2 billion from the sale of quotas for greenhouse gas emissions under the Kyoto Protocol, which could in turn be used to reform the country's housing and utilities sector, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has said.
She was speaking at a celebratory meeting dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the Batkivschyna party in Kiev on Tuesday. |
