Groysman: We're stuck with anthracite coal for next three years
KIEV, Feb. 22 – The Ukrainian energy sector has no alternative to anthracite coal for the next three years, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said at a government meeting.
"In the medium term outlook – one, two and three years – we do not have an alternative to anthracite coal," he said. |

DTEK energy holding buying 330,000 tons of South African coal
KIEV, Feb. 20 – Rinat Akhmetov's DTEK energy holding has contracted 330,000 tons of coal from South Africa, the holding reported.
"In the difficult situation of full consumption of coal stocks at Prydniprovska thermal power plant [TPP] DTEK has signed contracts to supply 330,000 tons of coal from South Africa. |
