Ukrainian small businesses resume work as 52% are fully operational

KYIV, Aug 22 – Representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises are resuming their work: in the third quarter of 2023, some 52% were fully employed, which is 11 percentage points (p.p.) more than in the second quarter of 2023 and 24 p.p. than a year ago.
