KYIV, Aug 22 – Kyiv's business court has returned a claim against Ukrnafta to the deputy prosecutor general of Ukraine who filed it as a representative of the interests of the state in the person of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine seeking to recover UAH 1.506 billion of penalty for dividends paid not in line with the schedule.

According to the text of the decision to return the claim filed on August 15, the court did not find any grounds for representing the interests of the state in the court by the prosecutor.
