KYIV, Aug 22 – Kyiv's Economic Court has left undecided a claim of PrJSC President Hotel (Kyiv) on termination of an agreement signed with investment adviser Concord Consulting LLC, which won a tender of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) to prepare the 100% state-owned stake for privatization, and lifted a ban from the SPF on putting the hotel up for sale.

"Thus, State Property Fund and Concord Consulting continue preparing PrJSC President Hotel up for sale," said SPF acting head Vitaliy Trubarov.
