DAVOS, Jan 24 – Horizon Capital, a U.S. private-equity firm investing in high growth and export-driven companies in Ukraine, has announced the final closing of its third fund, $200 million Emerging Europe Growth Fund III LP.

Data points to accelerating economic growth in 2013, says NBU advisor
