KYIV, Feb 21 – The withdrawal of the Ukrbud Corporation from the Kyiv's housing market led to a significant redistribution of power among developers, President of UTG (Kyiv) Vadym Neposedov said.

"The situation with Ukrbud has led to a change in the balance of power among the Kyiv's developers: now 59.6% of the market is controlled by seven companies, whereas previously 50% were controlled by Ukrbud and Kyivmiskbud," he said.
