35% of Ukrainians use bribes to help solve problems, survey shows
KIEV, April 25 - More than a third of Ukrainian citizens believe that it is easier to resolve problems with the help of bribes, according to a survey conducted at the request of the Democratic Initiatives Foundation and Kiev International Institute of Sociology from March 3 to March 13. |

Kiev’s Specht and Britain’s Lawrence Graham bid in Naftogaz tender
KIEV, April 25 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny said it has opened envelopes in a tender for legal services to the holding in 2012 in Ukraine and other countries.
The state-owned company said that two companies submitted bids - Britain's Lawrence Graham LLP with the cost of services evaluated at $884,000 and Kiev-based Specht LLC with UAH 7.48 million. |
