Odessa Oil Refinery back on line after finishing startup work

KIEV, Oct. 1 – Odessa oil refinery, part of the VETEK Group, has finished startup work and has started producing and selling fuel, the group reported on Tuesday.

The company said that at present the main part of its production facilities is operating.

Economic appeals court to consider UESU case appeal on Oct. 4

KIEV, Sept. 28 – Kiev Economic Court of Appeals will consider on October 4 an appeal against a ruling of the Economic Court of Kiev obliging the Ukrainian government to pay the Russian Defense Ministry over UAH 3.1 billion (some $390 million) in debts of the corporation United Energy Systems of Ukraine (UESU).
