Fitch Ratings report cites risks to Ukraine's external finances
KIEV, Oct. 8 - The continued pressure on Ukraine's forex reserves and the fall in the price of its sovereign debt highlight the risk posed by its weak external finances, Fitch Ratings says.
Ukraine has one of the lowest external liquidity ratios among 'B' rated sovereigns and this is a key credit weakness, the ratings agency says. |
Art-Master disputes Justice Ministry claims on Information Center
KIEV, Oct. 9 - Art-Master LLC, one of the designers of software for the operation of the Justice Ministry's Information Center, said that the installation of software distributed to the public on the behalf of the enterprise changes the security system because it disconnects the check of the authenticity of client's software and other components of the system.

Ukraine could be CERN member if it pays membership fee, says official
KIEV, Oct. 9 – Ukraine could become a full member of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) when the country is able to pay the full membership fee, which is around UAH 500 million per year, Volodymyr Semynozhenko, head of the State Agency on Science, Innovations and Informatization, said at a briefing on Wednesday. |
Crimean government signs water supply agreement with European Centre
