KIEV, Oct. 9 – Ukraine could become a full member of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) when the country is able to pay the full membership fee, which is around UAH 500 million per year, Volodymyr Semynozhenko, head of the State Agency on Science, Innovations and Informatization, said at a briefing on Wednesday.
He also said that the Ukrainian parliament should ratify the agreement on the associated membership of Ukraine in CERN so that the agreement takes effect.
