Latest inflation numbers mean good news on budget, says NBU advisor
KIEV, Oct. 10 – The inflation figure of 0.1% registered by the State Statistics Service in September is a new historic record that increases the likelihood of the fulfillment of the inflation target of the national budget for this year (8.9%) to 75%, according to Valeriy Lytvytsky, the head of a group of advisors to the governor of the National Bank of Ukraine. |

Core inflation reaches 1.5% in September, from 0.6% in August
KIEV, Oct. 8 – Core inflation in Ukraine in September accelerated to 1.5% compared to 0.6% in August, the State Statistics Committee reported.
Since the beginning of this year, core inflation has reached 5.5%, again lagging behind consumer inflation, which reached 7.4% in the first nine months of 2010 after it grew by 2.9% in September 2010. |
Ukraine and Azerbaijan agree on increase of Caspian oil to Ukraine

Sberbank ready to lend $1 billion for Khmelnytsky, EnergoAtom says
