MOSCOW, Oct. 10 – The Russian government has approved a draft agreement on the regulation of supplies of some types of steel pipes from Ukraine to Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

According to the document, which was drawn up by the Russian Economic Development Ministry, from October 1 to December 31, 2011 Ukrainian producers can supply 18,000 tons of pipes to Belarus, 14,000 tons to Kazakhstan and up to 300,000 tons to Russia.
