Ukraine, U.S. may sign ‘very serious’ bilateral agreement, Zelenskiy says Journal Staff Report
President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the possible signing in the future of a bilateral agreement between Ukraine and the United States. "Separately, we discussed the format of fundamental support. We talked about the alliance and the issue of a possible bilateral very serious agreement, but this is the issue for the future. Now it is very difficult to talk about the details," Zelensky said at a joint press conference with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Kyiv on Thursday.
