KIEV, Feb. 15 – Viktor Yanukovych, who was declared the winner of the Ukrainian presidential election by the Central Election Commission on Sunday, said he does not rule out that Sergiy Tyhypko could head the country's new government.
"I don't exclude Tyhypko's candidacy. Tyhypko's candidacy is on the list that, in my opinion, will be discussed as soon as next week in Parliament," he said in an interview with the Ukrainian BBC service, which was published on Monday.
